## Why it matters

If one AI model says the right things about you and another states incorrect information, it creates confusion and distrust among users. Consistency across models strengthens brand credibility. Inconsistency often indicates a lack of structured data on the website or contradictory information across different sources that different models interpret differently.

## In practice

ChatGPT states that your company is based in New York, Grok claims it's in Chicago, and Gemini has no information about the headquarters at all. Multi-model consistency is low in this case. The solution is to update Organization schema on the website and unify data in Google Business Profile, on Wikipedia, and in business registries so all AI models have access to the same facts.

## Related be1st tool

Multi-model consistency describes how closely different AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) agree about your brand. Each model has a different training dataset, architecture and information sources, which can lead to contradictory answers. The AI Visibility report shows the answer of each model, so you can compare the key facts (name, focus, products, contact) side by side.

be1st does not score this as a separate metric. The closest data comes from AI Visibility.
